Award-Winning Production for Master Builders Association
Congratulations to Master Builders Association of the ACT and the team at Elite Event Technology for winning ACT Association Event of the Year from the Meetings and Events Australia (MEA) Awards Program!
We are very excited to announce that the Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards has been crowned ACT Association Event of the Year! This is a massive achievement that would not have been possible without you Darren Russell and your great team, so THANK YOU!
We are thrilled for Master Builders Association of the ACT, our long-term client, to receive such a prestigious award! We have provided full production services for this event annually for a very very long time and so our entire team is proud of contributing to this success.
The epic event design and production featured 333 ASTERA Tubes, creating a stunning classy looking chandelier as well as being used as table centre pieces, adding the extra ‘bling’ and atmosphere for the event.
Astera Wireless technology is perfect when it comes to designing unique and creative gigs. It provides you with full flexibility when it comes to placement, rigging & programming … and of course, running it all wireless saves you so much time and manpower, you don’t need to worry about cables, masking them, etc.
The Foyer of the ball room also featured a VuePix Infiled S1.8 screen, welcoming all the patrons. VuePix Infiled E series mesh screen was used on the main stage, creating a perfect backdrop for the speeches and entertainment throughout the night. Both powered by NovaStar processors.
Acme DotLine 360 linear fixtures, 48 in total, were used to illuminate the entrance and the foyer of the venue, together with additional 48 Acme Stage PAR zoom fixtures, placed throughout the venue for additional lighting.
ChamSys control was used for data distribution, all Astera fixtures were running via LumenRadio Wireless DMX.
All that sounds like a perfect cocktail for creating an award-winning production!
“This now puts us in running for the National Association Event of the Year, which will be announced at the MEA National Awards on the Gold Coast on 8th June!” says Bethany.
